About the event
[This event is for those who want to attend LIVE in person in New Wilmington, PA. If you want to join us online, order your ticket here]
Birth changes everything.
Yes, it brings a baby into the world, but it also breaks you open.
Sometimes beautifully. Sometimes painfully. And sometimes, both.
If you’ve ever felt like your birth left you cracked open in ways you haven’t yet healed… you are not alone.
Maybe something in you never quite came back.
Maybe your body still feels tense, your heart still carries shame, or your spirit feels far from the peace you long for.
You’re not broken. But, you are being invited into restoration.

Join us for a sacred time of healing.
Led by Brigid Tebaldi, board certified Women’s Health Coach and trauma-informed birth companion, this gentle, 60-minute circle is a space to reconnect with your body, your story, and the God who never left your side.
Through Christ-centered reflection, somatic movement, and prayerful presence, you’ll begin to release what no longer serves and receive the grace that heals.
This isn’t group therapy - This is restoration for your nervous system, your motherhood, and your spirit.
