The Dwelling Place Community Agreement

Welcome, sister. By joining The Dwelling Place, you are entering a sacred space created to nurture your healing, support your motherhood journey, and gently invite you into the fullness of who God made you to be.

Before you enter, we ask that you read and agree to the following terms. This helps protect the integrity of our space and the safety of everyone within it.

What You Agree To

By purchasing access to The Dwelling Place, you agree to:

1. Confidentiality & Respect

   • What’s shared in the community stays in the community.

   • You will treat other members’ stories, experiences, and struggles with kindness, compassion, and confidentiality.

   • Disrespectful, judgmental, or shaming behavior will result in removal from the community.

2. Non-Commercial Use

   • You may not promote, sell, or solicit services, products, or other offerings inside the community unless explicitly invited to do so by Brigid.

   • This space is for healing, not for marketing.

3. No Medical Advice

   • Content shared in The Dwelling Place (live calls, courses, resources, coaching, etc.) is educational and supportive in nature.

   • It is not a substitute for personalized medical, mental health, or legal advice.

   • You are responsible for your own health decisions and should consult a professional as needed.

4. Payment & Access Terms

   • Your access is based on your selected pay-what-you-can tier and recurs monthly unless canceled.

   • There are no refunds under any circumstances. 

   • You may cancel at any time, but refunds will not be issued for past months.

   • If you choose to cancel, you’ll retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Content Ownership

   • All materials, courses, and recordings shared in The Dwelling Place are the intellectual property of Brigid Tebaldi.

   • You agree not to reproduce, share, or distribute this content without written permission.

6. Behavior That Will Result in Removal

   • Sharing another member’s story without consent

   • Disrespectful language or harassment

   • Attempting to solicit or coach other members

   • Repeatedly violating community guidelines

• A safe, grace-filled space where your story is honored

• Consistent support through live calls, resources, and guided content

• Loving boundaries to protect the community

• Transparent communication about changes, updates, or offers

By checking the box/signing at checkout, you agree:

"I have read and understand this agreement. I agree to honor the values and terms of The Dwelling Place, and I understand that if I violate these guidelines, my access may be revoked without refund."
