WHY DID I CREATE THIS 8 WEEK COURSE?
I have been in business since 2014, but that was an in-person business. I got our clients AMAZING results (you can check out the hundreds of reviews for it here.)
When I started Loreto Wellness online, I thought I could have a “faceless” business because 1) I didn’t want to put my face online bc of creeps, but really, 2) I didn’t want to put my face online because then my family could see it 😲😲).
I went on like this for WAY too long with some sales, but not many. Finally, in the summer of 2024 (hence SUMMER of Showing Up), I posted my first reel with my face on it. I was sitting on a swing at a park just 1 month after having baby #5.
And guess what? I DIDN’T DIE (and bonus, my income and service of clients exploded!!). Yes, my family all eventually found me and I’ve had some pretty nasty things said to/about me in the comments or in person, but I STILL HAVEN’T DIED. And, it’s all because I feel safe enough to stand in my authority and know that I am really good at what I do and it’s okay if not everyone understands or receives it.
This all stems from my nervous system finally feeling safe and healing the patterns underneath of that fear (more on that in my main program, Rewired & Regulated).
I know what you’re feeling, trust me, I do. But, honestly, staying invisible isn’t just hurting you and your bottom line, but it’s hurting all of those around you because God put you here to share your story. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- Know exactly what the last 90 days of inconsistency has cost you, in real numbers, real leads, and real opportunities.
- Be able to name the specific moment your body stops you so that next time it happens you recognize it for what it is instead of calling it writer's block or a busy season
- Stop calling your inconsistency a discipline problem and start treating it as the signal it actually is (I’ll teach you what it ACTUALLY is so you can use all of those courses you bought and didn’t do anything with…), which is the only way it ever gets fixed

THIS WEEK'S BUSINESS MOVE: Complete the Visibility Cost Assessment. You will look at the last 90 days and calculate, as specifically as possible, what hiding has actually cost you AND costing the women that you didn’t make yourself known to and therefore aren’t serving. |

WEEK 2 The spiritual and business cost of staying small |
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- Identify the exact belief about visibility that has been sounding holy while keeping your business small and have language to dismantle it when it comes back
- Understand that every week you stay hidden is a week the woman who needs you finds someone less equipped to help her and your hiding is not just costing you, it is costing HER!!
- Be able to articulate in one sentence why showing up is an act of obedience and stewardship, not self-promotion so that the next time the "who am I to say this" thought shows up, you have a theological evidence for it (our logical brains loveee that even if you read that and thought “who cares”)
- Walk away from the guilt cycle for good and not by lowering the standard but by understanding what the standard actually is

WEEK 3 Finding the message inside what you have lived |
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- Know the specific message God has placed inside you. This is not a niche, but a living conviction that comes from what you have survived and what you now know
- Understand why "I don't know what to say" has never been a content problem, but it has been an identity problem
- Be able to speak about your work in a way that makes your ideal client stop mid-scroll and think "she is talking directly to me"
- Have the one thread that connects everything you do, your emails, your posts, your conversations, your offers, so you never stare at a blank page wondering what to say again
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- The Three Threads exercise: what you survived, what you now know, who specifically needs to hear it
- Draft your one-sentence visibility mission: "I show up so that ___"

WEEK 4 When your nervous system feels safe, your message finds you |
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- Understand why you have never been able to find your message through a branding exercise or a niche worksheet.
- Have accessed the specific message that has been living inside you all along, but believes it is too dangerous for it to be seen by others
- Know exactly who you are called to serve and why
- Understand why your message keeps shifting, changing, and feeling unclear and have the nervous system tools to come back to clarity every time the activation pulls you off center

WEEK 5 Teaching your nervous system that being seen is safe |
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Understand that every time you have gone to show up and stopped yourself was a dysregulated nervous system doing its job, but now you are going to give it new data.
- You will actually show up publicly at least once from a regulated, grounded place, which is a completely different experience than showing up from anxiety or forcing yourself through fear
- Know the specific physical sensations in your body that signal you are moving into activation before you show up so you can regulate first and show up second instead of forcing your way through it or avoiding it entirely
- Have real neurological evidence that being seen does not destroy you

WEEK 6 Building a regulated visibility practice across every format |
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Understand why you show up differently depending on the format and what your nervous system is doing differently in each context
- Identify which formats feel safest in your body and which ones activate you most so you can build your visibility strategy around your nervous system instead of fighting it
- Know how to bring yourself back to regulation mid-content creation so you can finish what you started instead of abandoning it
- You’ll show up in two different formats this week from a grounded place

- Understand exactly why every content calendar, posting schedule, and accountability system you have ever tried has eventually fallen apart and why it was never a you problem
