We were designed to live in community. A community that ate, laughed, worked, played, cooked, and prayed together. Unfortunately, the world today does not value community and women are struggling because of the lack of support.

God did not make us to live like this. He calls us to rest, reflect, serve others, live out our vocations well, and love Him above all else.

How is this possible amongst the unrealistic expectations and laundry list of tasks? I am here to tell you it is possible and to walk with you on your journey to peace and understanding.

We will work on adding realistic prayer and reflection time into your day-to-day life. We will focus on small, attainable goals that work within your family's structure and help you heal your body.
2 / Increase your understanding and appreciation of God's divine design of your feminine body
God made our femininity good. In a culture that tells you being a woman is not enough, we will lean into His divine design to unleash the feminine genius. You will learn how to use the fruits, vegetables, plants, and animals God gave us to help heal and strengthen your body.
3 / Honor hard emotions and situations
Life is difficult. We cannot and should not be expected to "do it all." The bible says, "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." - Philippians 4:13. If Christ puts it in front of us, He will be there to support us through it.
4/ Live a realistic, holistic, and whole life
